1、注意搬移碳?xì)鋾r(shí)防止金屬摩擦產(chǎn)生火花引起燃燒和爆炸

1. Be careful when moving hydrocarbons to prevent sparks caused by metal friction, which can lead to combustion and explosion

2、不準(zhǔn)用鐵質(zhì)工具去敲打出容器的蓋子，開啟大桶蓋時(shí)，使用碰撞時(shí)不會(huì)發(fā)生火花的合金扳手。

2. Do not use iron tools to knock out the lid of the container. When opening the large barrel lid, use an alloy wrench that will not cause sparks during collisions.

3、在清洗作業(yè)時(shí)應(yīng)避免金屬容器相互碰撞，更不能在水泥地面上滾動(dòng)無(wú)墊圈的油桶。

3. During cleaning operations, metal containers should be avoided from colliding with each other, and oil drums without washers should not be rolled on cement floors.

4、添加碳?xì)淝逑磩r(shí)應(yīng)要使用密封眼鏡、長(zhǎng)袖上衣、耐油手套、安全靴等。

5、使用氣動(dòng)抽液泵或手動(dòng)抽液泵，嚴(yán)禁使用電動(dòng)普通抽液泵。

6、清洗現(xiàn)場(chǎng)碳?xì)浯娣挪辉试S超過(guò)200L,存放需用消防柜放置，遠(yuǎn)離火源。

7、勿使溶劑與鹵素類、強(qiáng)酸、堿、氧化物等物質(zhì)接觸，或不要在同一場(chǎng)所保管。

8、廢液不能廢棄到海、河川、湖泊、池塘及其附近以及排水溝，應(yīng)收集統(tǒng)一由專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)處理。

8. Waste liquid should not be disposed of in the sea, rivers, lakes, ponds and their vicinity, as well as in drainage ditches. It should be collected and treated uniformly by professional institutions.

緊急情況下的應(yīng)急處理：

Emergency response in case of emergency:

吸入的情況下：立即轉(zhuǎn)移到通風(fēng)良好的場(chǎng)所，接受診治處理。

In case of inhalation: immediately transfer to a well ventilated area and receive medical treatment from a doctor.

進(jìn)入眼內(nèi)的情況下：立即用干凈的水z低沖洗眼睛15分鐘以上，其后接受診斷。

In case of entering the eye: immediately rinse the eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes, and then receive an ophthalmologist's diagnosis.

粘到皮膚的情況下：盡快脫下污染的衣服，用大量的水和肥皂沖洗皮膚。

If it sticks to the skin: Take off contaminated clothes as soon as possible and rinse the skin with plenty of water and soap.

喝入的情況下：不硬使其嘔吐，保持安靜,并盡快接受治處理。

In case of ingestion: do not force it to vomit, keep quiet, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
