全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)是利用超聲波的高頻率，通過(guò)換能器轉(zhuǎn)化為高頻動(dòng)能，然后作用于清洗槽中的液體介質(zhì)，使液體產(chǎn)生空化作用，不斷的形成無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)細(xì)微氣泡，并迅速爆裂，產(chǎn)生沖擊力沖擊物件表面，使表面污垢脫離，從而達(dá)到清洗的效果。那么具體是怎么工作的呢？

超聲波是科學(xué)家們將每秒鐘振動(dòng)的次數(shù)稱為聲音的頻率，它的單位是赫茲(Hz)。我們?nèi)祟惗淠苈牭降穆暡l率為20Hz～20000Hz(20KHz)。當(dāng)聲波的振動(dòng)頻率小于20Hz或大于20KHz時(shí)，我們便聽不見(jiàn)了。

They call the frequency of an ultrasonic wave in Hertz. The frequency of sound waves that we can hear in human ears ranges from 20Hz to 20000hz (20kHz). When the vibration frequency of sound wave is less than 20Hz or more than 20kHz, we can't hear it.

因此，我們把頻率高于20000赫茲的聲波稱為“超聲波”。這里說(shuō)明下，許多人在使用全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)時(shí)，聽到嗡嗡聲，就以為是超聲波發(fā)出的聲音，其實(shí)那只是液體在空化作用下產(chǎn)生的聲音。

全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)上的超聲波頻率一般是28KHz以上。高可達(dá)128KHz以上，常用的是40KHz，這個(gè)頻率比較通用，適合大多數(shù)工件的清洗。頻率越低，清洗的細(xì)膩度就越低，但力度會(huì)強(qiáng)些。

反之，則清洗的越精細(xì)，但力度會(huì)減弱。然后把這種頻率通過(guò)換能器又稱超聲波驅(qū)動(dòng)電源、電子箱、超聲波控制器，是大功率超聲系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。

在高頻率的超聲波推動(dòng)下，換能器以每秒數(shù)十萬(wàn)次的頻率震動(dòng)，這種震動(dòng)傳遞到緊扣在上面的清洗槽上，透過(guò)清洗槽將動(dòng)能傳遞到槽內(nèi)的液體中。在這種高頻率的震動(dòng)下，液體就會(huì)產(chǎn)生空化作用。

Driven by high-frequency ultrasound, the transducer vibrates at hundreds of thousands of times per second. This vibration is transmitted to the cleaning tank which is tightly attached to it. Through the cleaning tank, kinetic energy is transferred to the liquid in the tank. Under this high frequency vibration, the liquid will produce cavitation.
