1、超聲波換能器脫落，這種情況多見于使用時間較長的實驗室清洗器，因為大部分廠家實驗室用超聲波清洗器采用不銹鋼拉伸槽，換能器固定只能靠粘膠劑固定，使用時間過長，一般兩三年后，換能器就會脫落；工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機，多采用螺釘加粘膠的固定方式，一般很少出現(xiàn)這種情況。

2、超聲波換能器炸裂，工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機這種問題較為常見，這是有螺釘焊接質(zhì)量差，不銹鋼清洗槽表面不平等原因造成的，另外液體滴在換能器上也會造成換能器炸裂。這種情況下要將炸裂換能器卸下，并對超聲波清洗槽進行整形，然后再重新粘結(jié)換能器。

4、超聲波換能器衰減，一般超聲波清洗機使用2年以上，換能器會形成一定的衰減，震動效果會變得很差，此時，維修后使用壽命也不會太長，維修成本也不低，這樣就可以考慮更換新的清洗機。
