超聲波清洗機的高頻與低頻的區別在于什么?

超聲波清洗機有兩種方式進行清洗工作,是低頻清洗,另是高頻清洗,這兩種不同的清洗方法針對的是工件,清洗的程度不同。低頻清洗和高頻清洗有什么特點?

1. 低頻清洗

低頻清洗超聲波清洗機適用于大型、重型零件,或一些高密度材料,其頻率會很低,不會對工件表面造成任何損傷。

所以低頻超聲波清洗機合用于大部件表面或者污物和清洗件表面結合度高的場合。但易侵蝕清洗件表面,不相宜清洗表面光潔度高的部件,而且空化噪音大。40 KHZ左右的頻率,在相同聲強下,產生的化泡數目比頻率為20KHZ時多,穿透力較強,宜清洗表面外形復雜或有盲孔的工件,空化噪音較小,但空化強度較低,適合清洗污物與被清洗件表面結協力較弱的場合。

高頻清洗的特點是在功率不變的情況下,使空化泡變小,使釋放的能量相對減少。因此,可以減少粘性邊界層,減少工件表面損傷。

The characteristic of high frequency cleaning is that the cavitation bubble becomes smaller and the released energy is relatively reduced under the condition of constant power. Therefore, the viscous boundary layer can be reduced and the surface damage of the workpiece can be reduced.

適用于計算機,微電子元件的精細清洗;兆赫超聲清洗合用于集成電路芯、硅片及波薄膜的清洗,能去除微米、亞微米級的污物而對清洗件沒有任何損傷。因此從清洗效果及經濟性考慮,頻率一般選擇在20—130KHZ范圍,當然準確選擇頻率至關重要需要做一定的實驗取得
