超聲波清洗機天冷時使用的注意事項

研究證明，當超聲波作用于液體時，液體中每一個氣泡的破裂都會產生能量巨大的沖擊波，相當于瞬間產生數百度高溫和數千大氣壓。這種現象被稱為“空化效應”。

超聲波清洗只是利用液體中氣泡破裂產生的沖擊波對工件內外表面進行清洗，超聲波在液體中傳播，使液體和清洗罐在超聲波頻率下一起振動。當液體和清洗槽振動時，它們有自己的固有頻率，也就是聲波的頻率，所以人們能聽到嗡嗡聲。我們在使用過程應該注意什么？
Ultrasonic cleaning is carried out under the ultrasonic cleaning of the liquid, and the vibration wave propagates on the surface of the liquid. When liquids and cleaning tanks vibrate, they have their own natural frequencies, that is, the frequency of sound waves, so people can hear the hum. What should we pay attention to in the use process?
1.超聲波清洗機清潔要做到位，不運用時關掉電源。
1. The cleaning of ultrasonic cleaning machine should be done in place, and the power should be turned off when not in use.
2.不要對超聲波清洗機實施碰撞或強烈震驚。
2. Do not collide or shock the ultrasonic cleaner.

3.遠離熱源。清洗液應及時沉淀、過濾或轉換，以保證清洗成果。
3. Keep away from heat sources. The cleaning solution should be precipitated, filtered or converted in time to ensure the cleaning results.
4.嚴禁從超聲波控制柜頂端的進風口處濺入導電液體（如水）。否則會對超聲波清洗機的線路體系構成嚴峻傷害。
4. Do not splash conductive liquid (such as water) into the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage to the circuit system of ultrasonic cleaning machine.
5.機器應避免在濕潤的環境下寄放。
5. The machine should not be placed in wet environment.
6.經長時刻運轉的清洗機，在停機前應首先將功率旋鈕調至零位，運用其風機再任務3-6分鐘后關機，以保證電源內部熱量散出。
6. For the cleaning machine running for a long time, the power knob should be set to zero before shutdown, and the fan should be shut down after 3-6 minutes of task, so as to ensure that the heat inside the power supply is dissipated.
7.機器連續任務時刻不得超過24小時，如連續任務時刻過長：應旋轉超音調度旋鈕至"0"位，而讓散熱電扇繼承任務，在超聲波清洗不發動的情況下為超聲波控制柜內連續散熱至少2分鐘。
7. The continuous task time of the machine shall not exceed 24 hours. If the continuous task time is too long, turn the ultrasonic dispatching knob to "0" position, and let the heat dissipation fan inherit the task, and continuously heat the ultrasonic control cabinet for at least 2 minutes when the ultrasonic cleaning is not started.
